I spent several hours on Saturday at the Satre Hill “Jumpfest” in Salisbury, CT. The organizers arranged to have a bucket truck available so that I could be suspended directly above the takeoff spot. I was also able to crawl under the ramp to the spot just below where they became airborne. This shot required me to “feel” the skiers coming down the chute and then fire off a burst while hoping and praying. I am always happy to be lucky!
