Thoughts On Creating My Image Archive / Stock Library.

I carry the visual record of every image that I have ever shot in my head. As a result, I am the best search engine that Scott Barrow Photography has at it’s disposal for stock requests. I marvel that with all of this data in storage that I can walk and chew gum at the same time. Just how many gigs can my right brain hold? Evidently as much as is needed to satisfy my insatiable desire to create more and more imagery and to do it as often as possible. The selection of photographs and the keywording to make them available for you to find began two years ago. I now realize that we have really just begun what is truly a monumental undertaking. I live for beautiful light and as a result the variety of subject matter that is becoming my archive is extraordinary as are the words needed to describe them. The task is daunting yet exciting because no matter how hard my staff and I work, it is a project that will never end in my lifetime. Now that is job security! Thank you for coming to see what I have found.  Welcome to The Scott Barrow Show.
